"To be part of such a professional forum as Ruter Dam is for me a great privilege. We learn from each other, are inspired and develop into better leaders through a professional exchange of thoughts, ideas and action. The breadth of the participants' personalities combined with experiences from many different industries and a very well-arranged program contributes to giving us the chance to become bigger as people and thus also as leaders. I am very proud to be a mentor in Ruter Dam and share my experiences and at the same time be challenged and develop in my own professional role. The discussions are open, honest and actionable and we build not only a strong professional network but also friendships for life."
